We at Krishkare are fully dedicated to your satisfaction. We assure you that Krishkare products are 100% genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. Our inventory is purchased directly from our principal companies exclusively from around the world or manufactured by us.
2. What are the measures taken to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?
We at Krishkare maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Our record is to ensure less than 1% of products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes. Each individual product is packed with strip-cushions to ensure it is safely secured.
3. Do the storage systems ensure that the quality of the products is intact?
A majority of our inventory is kept in our warehouse. Since we only sell our fresh manufactured/shelf life products, only a minority of our stock will be sourced from the brand as soon you place your order. This would take an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

We are a retailer and a manufacturer of the products sold on our website. We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items from authorized distributors and resellers of the products, but cannot undertake the responsibility for the claims of warranty and benefits made by the manufacturer. For brands manufactured by us, we are responsible for the claims of warranty and benefits indicated.
